Tuesday Bluesday

I went to yoga today and had to run some errands afterward, so I figured what's better than harem pants and clogs! I live and die for harem pants, even though they might be out of style right now I believe everything in fashion repeats itself. And anyway they are comfy and i like 'em! This top is usually not my style (a little too girly) but it tends to work well with a lot of things in my closet. It always works out that way doesn't it? You buy something and it's really not you and you're thinking I'll probably never wear this and turns out, you wear it more than your favorite piece. I think that scenario can be used in a lot of different situations in life. But I wont get deep here :] Enjoy!

"Sandyyy, can't you see, im in misery"

Sorry for the lack of posting! I have been pretty sick the past week and now I am finally feeling better but not exactly. I had planned this wonderful trip to New Orleans tomorrow to visit my bestest friend but hurricane Sandy came and ruined my livelihood. Cue every sad/upset/mad emoji ... any who in my miserable state it of course is cold and rainy here in Buffalo so I layered up today! I think everything I am wearing is very appropriate to tackle this weather! Enjoy!
PS... I hope you enjoyed my Grease title.

moving indoors today.

It is really shitty out today. If you live in Buffalo then you know that it is a monsoon outside. Trying to look comfy and sexy when you live in a freezing city like Buffalo is impossible. It's basically like trying to turn down chicken wings and pizza every day. It just does not happen. Thus instead of looking like a complete bum in this ripped hoodie and plaid pant outfit, I brought out my hooker thigh high boots to save the day. Also, my tangerine ish/cherry lipstick made the outfit. Enjoy!

glamour shots by Deb!

A reoccurring pattern on this blog seems to be, things I have never worn before. In this case: my Zara shirt/dress thing. And I decided to try out the new trend of dress over pants as well. This Zara dress is such an odd shape and it is certainly made for a model, but I could never let it go because in the time of Honey boo boo child who doesn't love a little sparkle. Enjoy!

my updated gray "suit"

So my definition of a gray suit use to be the oh so chic, gray sweatpants and gray hoodie and maybe some tan uggs. Now if you went to an all girl high school then this was your shit everyday all day. Since I am definitely not in high school anymore and haven't worn these pants in the four years I have had them I figured what the hell. I don't know why it took me so long to wear these METROPARK pants (who remembers that store?) because they are actually so comfy and versatile. Now I will be the first one to admit that I think gray is such an evil color, I have the hardest time finding things to match. My solution was to listen to my 16 year old self and pull out the gray suit. Enjoy!
PS... I love this blazer but it is way over priced (BCBG ya know how that  goes), it's pretty cool but not going to lie you can definitely search the web and find something very similar for way cheaper.
PSS... tying knots in my t shirts are the absolute best thing. Thank you 90's era for making me look cool and wrinkling my t shirts!

just being casual in 4 inch heels.

Don't mind my creepy background, I was trying to be outdoorsy but actually avoiding any real mud/dirt/tiny creatures that crawl around. On to the clothes now... I am in the midst of losing weight from my bender in the summer time and I also, hate wearing jeans so these pants are amazing. They look like the J. Crew mini pant but feel so much more comfy for anyone who isn't a 6ft model and has some sort of curves and only cost about $25! my leather button down: free people, sleeveless button down: forever 21, pants: target, shoes: bakers, bag: zara, and sunglasses: local thrift store.
