clashing styles

I usually always try to clash styles when I dress. I like to think that it makes my outfit more interesting/weird and it makes me a little mysterious. It's a rainy day in Buffalo, so I threw on baggy jeans and a bunch of jewelry to keep my spirits up! And what would I ever do without  my handy dandy snapbacks?! Enjoy!

I was out thrift and vintage shopping with my mom today so here's a little pic of my outfit, enjoy!

12-12-12 AHHH

I have been dying to order these black trousers from Zara and since I am on a budget, I realized I basically have the same pants! These silky black trousers are from the thrift store and they are a dead match to my beloved Zara ones. I have always been a thrift shopper (my mom was always an avid thrift-er and passed it on to me) and it really works out because I save so much money and it makes me a lot more creative. I highly recommend thrift shopping to everyone! Enjoy!

Tomboy

 I bought these pants over the past weekend at Gap, they cost me a whopping $9.99! I love oversized anything so these were a great fit to my wardrobe. They take me back a little bit to my Catholic school days. I was a huge tom boy growing up and I wore a uniform until I attended college, and for me being caught in a jumper or skirt was unheard of. So I always rocked the navy blue uniform pants. Enjoy!

hair didddd

Today is such a lazy day! My sleep pattern is all off lately so, napping has been very essential. I went to get my hair done today, so I wanted to be comfortable while waiting two hours in a chair. My american apparel leggings come in handy and these gray boots are pretty high, but I needed something to spice up this plain outfit. Enjoy!

Fifty shades of pink

I usually never wear this much pink in a whole year and I am well aware it doesn't look like much with this ensemble. These shoes are pink and sparkly and I bought them at Marshall's for about 40 bucks. I love a good pointy toe heel and these fit perfectly! For being sparkly and pink, they actually go with most of my wardrobe and the heel isn't too high, so I can get away wearing them almost anytime and occasion. I got this weird sweater/shirt offline, I love tops like this with different elements. There aren't a lot of colors which works for my style but the studs and sleeves makes it a little unexpected. girly girl day

 It's so nice out today! Notice that I am outside and there is no snow on the ground... crazy! As I have said before I hate jeans and truly believe they are so uncomfortable but these jeans from American Apparel are like fur against my skin. I love this casual look, mostly because I suck at dressing down. It is very hard for me. Don't ask why! Enjoy darlings.

Grandpa's house we go!

Today was a lazy day, I visited my amazing grandpa! He's my favorite person in the world!! No, but really he is. Since I was hanging out at his house all day I decided to just throw on something comfy. A big sweater and some dark jeans. I usually only wear my sweaters baggy, not really sure why. And since my sweater was so big I threw on my fur because it is also freezing cold in Buffalo (like usual). Enjoy!

Bare legs for Winter

I feel a little, well a lot, like a senior citizen today. I think my mom got that in my head, she always says this coat is ugly and/or looks like a grandma's coat. Oh well! I really am not a fan of this dress, the print looks like I am a turkey but the fit and silhouette is to die for! And the combo of the hard black boots and "grandpa" coat goes well together (I think)! Enjoy!

Happy Holidays!

Hey everyone! Sorry this week has been crazy especially with the Holidays! I have exciting news that I have wanted to do for a very long time! Myself and two of my best girlfriends are starting our own company, we are starting off very small and I can't reveal too much because the process has just begun. Obviously our company will include clothing and some other special things! I will try to update all of you asap!

A blonde Flashdance

I hope most of  you know the movie Flashdance, it is an amazing 80's movie with curly fro-like hair, spandex, huge sweaters, every bell and whistle that the 80's had to offer. I think I always resort to dressing like the 80's or 90's, it just comes very natural to me and today is no exception. I was running around like a maniac today ("She's a maniaccc maniiiiacc!!") haha but anyway, so spandex was the easiest thing to throw on. These Aldo boots are my go to, great heel size and can still conquer the world! I hope everyone has an awesome Thanksgiving and I hope to soon share some exciting new ventures I have planned!! Manic Monday

Ya know everyone seems to hate Mondays, but I sort of love them. Every week you get a do-over. If you messed up your diet over the weekend (which I always do), didn't work out as much as you wanted the week before (guilty again), or just had a crappy last week.
